Existing systems and approved knowledge connect to Ciright Glass Core. The core serves the technician app, supported glasses, and authorized experts.
The core is responsible for identity and permissions, customer and equipment relationships, search, visits, surveys, history, work orders, procedures, commercial follow-up, evidence, and audit.
Keyra is the intended identity relationship where that integration is implemented. This build does not claim a secure element or NFC hardware in the glasses because Keyra is in the architecture.
Sansar training worlds are part of the subscription. Launch uses the supported Sansar client. A branded web address is not a browser-native Sansar renderer.
Each external field keeps a source system. Ciright does not silently become the system of record for an ERP or CRM value.
