Search ranks an exact asset or serial ahead of a model or room match. Product manuals stay in a separate group from installed equipment.
History opens the original report, author, photos, and outcome. The event date stays distinct from the import date. “Available history” means the connected sources, not every record ever written.
Questions are scoped to the selected asset. A sample answer cites its source. Absent telemetry stays labeled “No live telemetry connected.”
