Company domains
Two ways to reach the same company workspace.
companyname.cirightglass.com and glass.companydomain.com are patterns for one subscription, one equipment list, and one training mapping.
The hosted slug is checked for availability and reserved with the company record. A reservation is not a paid subscription and not a deployed public hostname. HTTPS for the public host waits on the hosting provider.
Custom domain setup asks for the exact hostname, checks that it is not bound elsewhere, and then shows the verification records the hosting service returns. This build has no hosting credential, so it does not display an invented TXT token or CNAME target.
The custom address becomes active only after ownership, routing, certificate, and tenant health checks pass. Until then the development workspace route still opens for members.
Host resolution never uses an arbitrary host header as permission, and it never sends an unknown hostname to a default company.
