What this build does, and what is still waiting.

Implemented in this application

• Public marketing pages, plans without invented prices, hardware directory, and security explanation.
• Interactive Northstar sample: search, disambiguation, serial confirmation, history, documents, questions with citations, technician work, sales survey, discovery review, and report export.
• Development sign-in and sign-out without a password database, company creation, one-hour slug reservation, idempotent create, invitations that are not emailed, access requests that do not grant membership, and member removal that keeps authorship.
• CSV, XLSX, and manual-row import with required fields, duplicate rejection, batch rollback, and no invented serials. Administrators can export the company record without invitation codes.
• Visits, surveys, opportunities, knowledge articles, and training assignments. Opportunities stay internal drafts with no price. Test states cover pending setup, test workspace, payment issue, suspended, and canceled. Suspended states block new field writes and keep records. None of these is a paid subscription.
• Sample glasses commands, room filter, saved assets, customer-share preview, and the homepage story sequence that drives the sample record.
• Custom hostname capture that refuses to invent DNS records, plus a resolver that will not activate a pending or unknown host.
• Opaque equipment labels that still require membership.
• Ciright Axis server config for one Next.js service (`cirightaxis.core.json`, health check at /api/health). The config is in the repo. The site is not deployed on Ciright Axis.

Integration targets and launch dependencies

• Approved price catalog and payment or contract webhook. No charge can be created until this exists.
• Keyra or the approved OpenID Connect identity service, with exact redirect URIs and server-side token exchange.
• Ciright tenant-creation API, if the local subscription ID must be replaced by the canonical Ciright field.
• Hosting provider that returns real hostname verification and certificate records, then serves companyname.cirightglass.com over HTTPS.
• Sansar private world provisioning and launch interface. Retry currently records the missing operation and does not invent a World ID.
• Email delivery for invitations.
• OCR, visual search, telemetry, Dealflow, and expert-call connectors.
• Approved privacy policy, terms, and contact destination.

Intentionally not marked Ready

Paid subscription, public hosted HTTPS, custom domain, Sansar world, and training content stay out of the Ready state. The local workspace record can be Ready while those components are pending.
